A Young Engineering Graduate of 1990 batch started off with Ambition” I WANT TO BE A SUCCESSFUL ENTREPRENEUR IN CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY ” .
It took a long journey of 32 years to begin with as an Enterprenuer theoretically. After having served in various Construction Companies in core construction – for 16 years on various projects for hands on experience in – Highways, Airports, Buildings, Power Plant, Bridges, Steel Plants, SEZ, Ports etc. recently for 12 years Kuldeep was using the hard core gained experience in Contracts & Project Management on BOT Road Projects.
Kuldeep started the professional career with L&T through campus selection in 1990, mainly worked with Shapoorji Pallonji for 8 years on various projects viz. Mumbai Pune Expressway – the most difficult section of Khandala Ghat etc. Exposure to Contracts in parallel with fast track Construction was the great learning by securing Claims worth 15% of Project Cost realized in Book of Accounts, creating Turn Around on the Expressway project.And establishing the capability statement for the company as well as for Kuldeep.

Sudhir is an experienced Civil Engineer with 34 years of rich exposure. He has provided services to various companies of repute. He started off; as building planning engineer & architect; involving valuation, costing, job planning & supervision. He has worked with various Clients in Govt. & Private organisations like BHEL, NPCCL, IRCON, PWD, PDIL, C. RLY, MES, MPRES, MPSEB, LANCO, SEPCO.
His areas of expertise include Power Plants, Buildings & Roads.
Kailash Ghai
MBA – Finance, BE – Civil
Ghai is an engineering genius with strong financial acumen with 27 years of vast exposure to the building projects in Private as well as Govt over and above 10 years in Administrative Role . His ability to transform barren land into some of leading property developments is unsurpassable. He is also a pioneer in creating structures specifically designed to be energy efficient and capable of withstanding the tropical climates.
Instrumental for completion of the Project with a Central Inverted elliptical pyramid atrium designed by URBA-CON London. Worked with T.C.G Development (P) Ltd., Central Government Employees Welfare Housing Organization, B.G. Shirke Development Technology Ltd. He has been executing high quality projects designed by “Hafeez Contractor” of International level on a mega scale of total around 5000 flats as of now.
Ghai is result oriented ,have hands on construction and development with 18 years; of expertise in all the facets of industry. Verifiable track record for the successful completion of multi millions dollar projects by building positive rapport with architects, Engineers, local officials, vendors and clients while maintaining cost. Versed with project estimating , impending design problems, document preparation, building codes & regulations, material purchasing, site management through certification of occupancy.
